• Processing time
  Please keep in mind making each armature might take up to 7 days. Time for any extra items also needs to be considered.

• Customs duty

Customs duty may apply in your region. Paying customs duty expenses is the customer’s responsibility. 

• Shipping
  Regular work for courier service is 7 to 10 business days. Delays may happen without prior notice. The tracking code will be provided after 3 days.

• Returns and Refunds
  Refunds may take up to 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that we have daily expenses and we cannot keep your money for such cases you need an urgent refund. Our method of transaction is via Paypal. After completing the purchase, unless a mutual agreement on cancelation is reached, our sole responsibility is to deliver your order as described within the invoice. If the customer decides to return or not accept the package, it does not prevent us from our responsibility being considered fulfilled.
  Suppose the customer fails to receive the package by any means including but not limited to the wrong address provided or not being present. In that case, All further shipping costs – return or resend – are the customer’s responsibility. Completing a purchase means you have read and agreed to our terms.
