Thank you for considering us! We intend to keep things simple and based on a mutual understanding that helps both parties – the seller and the customer -become satisfied with the named purchase.

• Processing time
  Please keep in mind making each armature might take up to 7 days. Time for any extra items also needs to be considered.

• Customs duty and import taxes

Customs duty and import taxes may apply in your region. The customer is responsible for paying customs duty and/or any extra expenses. 

• Shipping
  Regular work for courier service is 7 to 10 business days. Delays may happen without prior notice. The tracking code will be provided after 3 days.

• Returns and Refunds  We include spare parts for the parts that are most likely to fail. we do not accept returns for the failure of parts that its spare has been included within the package, unless the spare part fails. In case of the failure of any other part, it is S.M.J’s responsibility to provide a replacement part. returns are only accepted if the replacement parts are not provided.
• Refunds may take up to 4 weeks. Please remember that we have daily expenses and cannot keep your money for such cases you need an urgent refund. Our method of transaction is via Paypal. After completing the purchase, unless a mutual agreement on cancelation is reached, our sole responsibility is to deliver your order as described within the invoice. If the customer decides to return or not accept the package, it does not prevent us from considering our responsibility fulfilled.
  Suppose the customer fails to receive the package by any means including but not limited to the wrong address provided or not being present. In that case, All further shipping costs – return or resend – are the customer’s responsibility. Completing a purchase means you have read and agreed to our terms.
